The Town Connector is your friendly local bus service linking Katikati, Waihi and Waihi Beach. Our buses operate one day per week, on Thursdays, making it easy to get to the beach, visit friends and family, or enjoy shopping and local cafés.
The weekly Town Connector bus service complement’s existing Western Bay of Plenty bus services that provide transport between Katikati, Omokoroa and Tauranga.

Just a short note to thank for your time whilst QM2 was docked at Tarangua earlier this week. Our trip to Rotorua was super and we thoroughly enjoyed our day. As I mentioned to you before, Keith particularly enjoyed our outing as you were able to go at his pace; so many tours do not.
We were grateful for your suggestion of the alternative route back -which enabled us to see a little more of the countryside in our short visit.

This transport service is starting to transform Katikati by offering a number of options for residents and visitors to travel in and around our town.
